There are two exceptions to this: Diamond engagement rings have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or refund them. Custom made items are not able to be exchanged or returned, sorry! All items must be in like-new, unworn condition, with their original receipt and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Refunds occur within 30 days of the date of return but if the items were purchased on a credit card, the credit to the card occurs upon return.
